Anne Newman Foreman (born ca. 1947) is a United States diplomat, lawyer, and businesswoman, who was General Counsel of the Air Force from 1987 to 1989 and United States Under Secretary of the Air Force from May 1, 1989 to January 20, 1993.〔http://www.afhso.af.mil/shared/media/document/AFD-130410-035.pdf〕 ==Biography== Anne N.
